Does IT and IT projects sound like technology only?
Digital technology allows you to reach out to people directly and in a more efficient manner than you could imagine just a few years ago. I support companies in their goals to chose, introduce and improve digital technology use – be it machine learning, cloud or simply a new service, process or interface.
Digital technology is mostly a People Business.
Projects neither succeed because of technology, nor do they fail because of it, it boils down to the people. That said, I want to be a success factor. My customers and partners appreciate my entrepreneurial thinking and my analytical, yet straight forward approach to address and solve their problems. It is all about clarity in facts and quick decisions that aim towards true solutions. And I love finding solutions for my clients.
It is also my Business.
During more than 10 years, I have worked and travelled in more than six countries and supported countless C-level leaders for artificial intelligence POCs, automation, cloud migration programs, M&A in IT, vendor selection and process optimization. I decided to establish my very own business. That allows me to steer decisions regarding contracts, partners, prices and services with and for my clients.
